Zhejiang AiFengHuan Information Technology Co., Ltd., Shunjiang Construction and Nepal’s Kshamadevi Construction to Foster Green Infrastructure Development

In a landmark development for international green partnerships, Zhejiang Aifenghuan Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Terra Phoenix), Zhejiang Shunjiang Construction Group Co., Ltd. (Shunjiang Group), and Nepal’s Kshamadevi Construction Pte. Ltd. have entered into a tripartite Strategic Partnership to promote sustainable infrastructure development and circular economy practices across borders.

The partnership agreement was signed during a training forum on Circular Economy and Sustainable Solid Waste Management, held in Shangyu from 12 to 16 May. The partnership signifies a shared commitment to collaborate across key sectors, including infrastructure development, technological exchange, capacity building, and project investment facilitation.

The signing ceremony was attended by Professor Dr. Tan Ching Seong, founder of Terra Phoenix; Mr. Li Bin and Mr. Gu Tianbiao, General Manager and Deputy General Manager respectively of Shunjiang Group; and Mr. Hom Bahadur Basnet, Chairman of Kshamadevi Construction.

Addressing the event, Dr. Tan underscored the importance of integrated solutions in driving low-carbon urban transitions. “We are committed to delivering smart, resource-efficient strategies that can adapt to the unique needs of different regions. Our collaboration aims to offer end-to-end sustainable solutions that benefit both people and the planet,” he remarked.

Mr. Gu Tianbiao highlighted Shunjiang Group’s readiness to contribute its vast expertise in hydropower, road, and civil infrastructure to the partnership, affirming that the alignment of values and complementary strengths among the parties provide a solid foundation for impactful cooperation.

Representing Nepal’s Kshamadevi Construction, Mr. Basnet emphasised the critical need for advanced technology and sustainable know-how in Nepal’s growing infrastructure landscape. “We see immense value in this partnership, particularly in areas like green energy, waste management, and skills development. This agreement will significantly enhance the ability to deliver future-ready infrastructure projects,” he stated.

The Strategic Partnership aims to create pilot projects that serve as regional benchmarks for environmental sustainability. It also opens the door to further exchanges in procurement, training, and shared access to resources and expertise.

With the signing of this Strategic Partnership, Terra Phoenix, Shunjiang Group, and Kshamadevi Construction signal their joint commitment to fostering a more resilient, sustainable, and inclusive Green model for infrastructure development—bridging nations in pursuit of a common environmental vision.
