The “Opinions” proposed to “vigorously develop the circular economy”, “vigorously develop resource recycling industries”, and “improve the waste recycling system”.

Many experts who have been tracking the development of the circular economy industry for a long time said in an interview with the Securities Times reporter that the circular economy is the only way to achieve a green economic transformation; promoting the development of the circular economy can achieve triple benefits in terms of economy, society and environment; the opportunities that the circular economy brings to listed companies are mainly concentrated in the four major sectors of manufacturing, energy, finance and consumer goods, while it also brings challenges to the traditional energy industry and high-pollution and high-energy-consuming industries.
