Terra Phoenix Group collaborated with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to host the “Training on Circular Economy and Sustainable Solid Waste Management”in Shangyu, Shaoxing, Zhejiang. Mr. Stefan Rau, Director of ADB’s Urban Planning Division, attended the event, and Dr. Tan Ching Seong acted as host and key speaker.

In February, the CPC Shaoxing Municipal Committee and the Shaoxing Municipal People’s Government awarded Dr. Tan Ching Seong the “Outstanding Contribution Award for Municipal‑level Practice of Chinese‑style Modernization” in recognition of his outstanding contributions to boosting local development and implementing the municipal‑level practice of Chinese‑style modernization.
