Account and Registrations

Kindly click on the link https://www.phinonic.com/auth/register or download the PHINONIC app from Google Play Store or Apple Store.

Sign up for an account with us and you can start to log in and manage your account.

For individual users, please select Individual on the registration page.

It’s how we identify you when you come to iCYCLE, so we can keep track of your points and rewards. We’ll also send you updates about your account, such as confirmation when you earn points.

Try signing in with the email and password you think you used. If your email exists in our system, you’ll be able to log in. If you don’t remember your password, you can request a reset link.

 

You are identified by your registered email and valid phone number. Upon registration, you create a password, which becomes the only way Phinonics verifies your account.

A reset link will be sent to your registered email address so you can set a new password.

Barcode

A sticker indicates your unique identity with iCYCLE. Each time you recycle, paste your sticker onto your recyclables before dropping them into the nearest iCYCLE bin.

If you receive a barcode via post, please follow the link provided to register it into your account.

After online registration, a barcode will automatically appear in your account.

  • Mobile App: go to Profile

  • Web: go to Barcodes

You will also receive stickers by post (within 1 week) once you confirm your mailing address.

Within 10 business days by normal post. Contact iCYCLE if you don’t receive them.

If you already have barcode stickers, scan them using the barcode scanner in your personal profile page: https://icycle-global.com/add-barcode/

Stickers are uniquely linked to your account. Points are awarded only when your linked stickers are used.

Log in to www.phinonic.com, go to the Barcode tab, and click Request. New stickers will be mailed to you. 60 RP will be deducted from your account.

You can scan them using the Phinonics app. If the barcode belongs to someone else, the system will reject it.

Points and Redemption

Points you earn after registering and recycling with iCYCLE.

Log in → go to Info → view your Summary Point.

If your barcode wasn’t registered at the time of collection, the RP will still be credited to your account. Contact us if needed.

Log in → click Redemption → redeem products, Sunway Pals, cash, or vouchers using RP.

Follow the instructions in the link provided with your voucher.

No. RP is uniquely linked to your account. Redemption requires login.

Your online account lists all drop transactions, with date, time, location, and RP earned.

Yes. Redeem cash value and fill in the donation banking details.

1–2 weeks, depending on pickup frequency in your area. Contact us if delayed.

1 RP = RM 0.05 (5 cents).

Bin

Check the website (“Where to Drop”) or the mobile app (“Bin Locations”).

We’re adding more bins. Please drop recyclables at the nearest available bin.

Refer to the bin photos and details on our official website.

Bins are designed with a one-way mechanism. Only authorized staff can open them.

Through the Phinonics app, where genuine collectors are assigned and visible with their details.

In the app → go to Request → click iDROP → follow the instructions on screen.

QR codes are used when GPS is unreliable (e.g. indoors). If no QR, press the blue button in the app to drop recyclables.

No. Users are responsible for safe usage.

Expert (Cleaners/Collectors)

Yes. Register and select Expert.

Paste the barcode on your collection before dropping into bins. Ensure recyclables are clean and dry.

No. It takes about 2 weeks for collection data to update.
